Welcome to 'Time for German' - a 100 lesson Scheme of Work which will take your learners from complete beginners to actual German speakers (B1) in the German language. More importantly though, your learners will have lots of fun along the way and will develop a love of language learning.

If you have a learner or learners who would like to begin their German journey with me, then please get in contact. Each class will be 45 minutes and it is the same price for 1 student or for a group of 8 so the more the merrier (and cheaper). Perhaps you are a learning or languages coordinator in a school or group, perhaps you have a few children (with friends) or perhaps your child would benefit from 1-1 instruction from me. The start point would be my 16-lesson 'Time for German 101' course but if your learners already have some German, we could arrange an alternative start point.

'Time for German 101' is a great introduction to German and can be treated as either a taster/short course where students learn the basics or as part of a longer scheme of work. Here is a quick breakdown of my courses but I can provide much more detail when you get in touch:

3 - Time for German 103 - Beginner to Intermediate World Languages Course: Version 2 - Verb Focus (16 Lessons)

3 - Time for German 103: Grimm German Grammar 3 - Dornröschen and the Perfect Tense (4 Lessons)

3 - Time for German 103: Grimm German Grammar 4 - The Frog Prince (4 Lessons)

Then students will be ready for the two 'Time for German 104' courses (B1)

4 - Time for German 104 Becoming a German Speaker - Version 1 (10 lessons)

4 - Time for German 104 Becoming a German Speaker - Version 2 (10 lessons)

To help you decide if my classes are suitable for your learners, I will be happy to teach them a 45-minute class for free. A handout and activity sheet for each lesson will be provided 5+ days ahead of time so students can prepare and use them for future reference and I find that many of my students collect these in a 'Time for German' folder.
